3. If you have both your main line and the eSIM active, go to cellular settings and select your GlobalSIM line for cellular data usage.
4. In your device settings, enable data roaming for the GlobalSIM line.
5. If data still isn't working after following these steps, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat for assistance.

سياسة الاسترداد / الإلغاء / التعديل

يحق للعميل طلب استرداد الأموال في الحالات التالية.

• لا يمكن مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR) لبطاقة eSIM و/أو تثبيته
• لا يمكن لشريحة eSIM الاتصال بالشبكة بسبب مشكلة فنية في الشبكة المحلية
• لا يمكن لبطاقة eSIM توفير خدمة الصوت/البيانات وفقًا لخطة العميل

سيتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد فقط بعد 48 ساعة على الأقل، حيث:

• وفي غضون 48 ساعة، اتصل العميل بـ GlobaleSIM عبر البريد الإلكتروني ([email protected]) وأبلغ عن المشكلة. يجب الإشارة إلى حساب eSIM (رمز eSIM أو معرِّف الطلب أو المعلومات الشخصية).
• كان لدى GlobaleSIM الوقت اللازم لفحص العميل والتحقيق فيه وإيجاد حل له خلال هذه الفترة
• لم تجد GlobaleSIM حلًا مناسبًا لاستخدام العميل للخدمة، فسيتم استرداد المبلغ / استرداد جزئي بناءً على قرار GlobaleSIM

لن يتم إصدار استرداد في حالة:

• أن تكون المشكلة بسبب عدم توفير التغطية في مكان تواجد العميل
• قام العميل بحذف خط eSIM الخاص به من جهازه
• قام العميل بالتبديل إلى جهاز جديد ويحتاج إلى رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR) جديد لشريحة eSIM الإلكترونية (يجب تقديم طلب جديد)
• لم يرد العميل على فريق GlobaleSIM الفني أثناء التحقيق في المشكلة / ولم يبلغ عن المشكلة في الوقت المناسب
