POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT, D'ANNULATION ET DE MODIFICATION

  • La carte eSIM ne peut pas se connecter au réseau en raison d'un problème technique lié au réseau local.
  • La carte eSIM ne peut fournir le service voix/données conformément au plan du client.

Le remboursement sera effectué UNIQUEMENT après un délai d'au moins 48 heures :

  • Dans les 48 heures, le client doit contacter GlobaleSIM par e-mail ([email protected]) et signaler le problème. Une référence au compte eSIM (code eSIM, ID de commande ou informations personnelles) doit être mentionnée.
  • GlobaleSIM aura eu le temps de vérifier, d'enquêter et de trouver une solution pour le client dans ce laps de temps.
  • GlobaleSIM n'a pas trouvé de solution adéquate pour l'utilisation du service par le client, un remboursement partiel ou total sera effectué sur décision de GlobaleSIM.

Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué au cas où :

  • Le problème est dû à l'absence de couverture là où se trouve le client.
  • Le client a supprimé la ligne eSIM de son appareil
  • Le client a changé d'appareil et a besoin d'un nouveau QR code eSIM (une nouvelle commande doit être passée).
  • Le client n'a pas répondu à l'équipe technique de GlobaleSIM pendant l'investigation du problème / n'a pas signalé le problème en temps voulu.
Are eSIM plans available for the Dominican Republic?
We offer both Single Country and Regional eSIM plans that will both work in the Dominican Republic. If you intend on only visiting the Dominican Republic, a Single Country eSIM plan would be the optimal choice. If you intend on visiting the Dominican Republic in addition to the surrounding Caribbean region, then a Regional eSIM plan would be a better option. You will also need to determine the amount of data required based on the duration of your stay.
The best eSIM plan for the Dominican Republic will depend on your specific trip requirements and considerations. For example, a Single Country eSIM plan would be the best choice if you are only planning on visiting the Dominican Republic, while a Regional eSIM plan would be recommended if you intend on visiting the Dominican Republic as well as the surrounding region. You will also need to determine the amount of data required based on the duration of your stay.
Upon purchase, you’ll receive an informational email containing installation and activation instructions. Please follow the activation instructions in order to successfully activate your eSIM data plan while in the Dominican Republic. Please remember to keep your eSIM line active, while deactivating your primary SIM line in order to avoid any unnecessary roaming charges from your primary carrier.
