HOW DO I TOPUP MY eSIM WITH MORE DATA OR VOICE MINUTES?
Topping up your eSIM is a pretty straightforward process, as long as your eSIM is still in your device.
Once you run out of Data or Voice Minutes, simply go to the following page in order to topup your eSIM:

Once on the page please do the following:
1. Copy paste your 4K / 5K code in the 4K field in order to avoid any typo errors.
2. Click on ‘Check Availability’
3. A list of available Data plans and below that Voice plans will be displayed.
4. Select the most appropriate plan for your needs.
If you need to select both a Data and a Voice plan, you will need to:

- First select your desired Data plan, which will bring you to the checkout page.
- Select ‘Back to Site’ on the top left once it brings you to the checkout page.
- Then navigate back to the topup page, re-type your 4K / 5K code in the 4K field, and select the additional Voice Minute plan.
- Once back on the checkout page, you will see both plans displayed on the top left under ‘Order Details’.
- Complete your topup purchase.
