RÜCKERSTATTUNG/STORNIERUNG/ÄNDERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Der Kunde hat in den folgenden Fällen das Recht eine Rückerstattung zu verlangen.

  • Der QR-Code kann nciht gescannt und/oder installiert werden.
  • Die eSIM kann aufgrund von technischen Problemen nicht mit dem lokalen Netzwerk verbunden werden.
  • Die eSIM kann keine Sprach/Daten Service gemäß Kundenplan bereitstellen.

Eine Rückerstattung wird NUR nach mindestens 48 Stunden ausgestellt, wenn:

  • Innerhalb von 48 Stunden hat der Kunde GlobaleSIM per E-Mail ([email protected]) kontaktiert und das Problem gemeldet. Es sollte ein Verweis auf das eSIM-Konto (eSIM-Code, Bestell-ID oder persönliche Daten) angegeben werden.
  • GlobaleSIM hat die notwendige Zeit zur Überprüfung, Untersuchung, um in diesem Zeitraum eine Lösung für den Kunden zu finden.
  • Wenn GlobaleSIM keine geeignete Lösung für den Kunden gefunden hat, um den Service zu nutzen, dann wird eine Rückerstattung / Teilrückerstattung nach Entscheidung von GlobaleSIM ausgestellt werden.

In folgenden Fällen wird KEINE Rückerstattung ausgestellt:

  • Das Problem tritt auf, weil keine ausreichende Deckung an dem Ort vorhanden ist, wo sich der Kunde befindet.
  • Der Kunde löscht seine eSIM von seinem Gerät.
  • Der Kunde schaltet auf ein neues Gerät und braucht einen neuen eSIM QR-Code (es muss eine neue Bestellung erfolgen).
  • Der Kunde hat nicht dem Technischen Team von GlobaleSIM während der Untersuchung des Problems nicht geantwortet/ bzw. hat das Problem nicht rechtzeitig gemeldet.

If you are only planning on visiting Singapore, then a Single Country eSIM plan for Singapore would be your best option. If you would like to visit Singapore as well as the surrounding area, then a Regional eSIM plan may work better. You will also need to determine the amount of data you require, and whether a Voice Minute plan is applicable.
