POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO, ANULACIÓN Y MODIFICACIÓN

El cliente tiene derecho a solicitar el reembolso en los siguientes casos.

  • El código QR de la eSIM no se puede escanear ni instalar
  • La eSIM no se puede conectar a la red debido a un problema técnico con la red local.
  • La eSIM no puede proporcionar servicio de voz y datos conforme al plan del cliente

El reembolso SOLO se efectuará transcurridas al menos 48 horas, cuando:

  • En un plazo de 48 horas, el cliente se puso en contacto con GlobaleSIM por correo electrónico ([email protected]) y notificó del problema. Deberá mencionarse una referencia a la cuenta eSIM (código eSIM, ID del pedido o información personal).
  • GlobaleSIM tuvo el tiempo necesario para comprobar, investigar y encontrar una solución para el cliente dentro de dicho periodo
  • GlobaleSIM no encontró una solución adecuada para que el cliente utilice el servicio, por lo que se emitirá un reembolso o reembolso parcial por decisión de GlobaleSIM

NO se efectuará reembolso alguno en caso de:

  • El problema se debe a la falta de cobertura en el lugar en el que se encuentra el cliente
  • El cliente ha borrado su línea de eSIM de su dispositivo
  • El cliente ha cambiado de dispositivo y necesita un nuevo código QR para la eSIM (hay que hacer un nuevo pedido).
  • El cliente no respondió al equipo técnico de GlobaleSIM durante la investigación del problema, o no informó del problema a su debido tiempo

Are eSIMs available in Tanzania?
Yes, as our service is an international service that operates in most countries globally including Tanzania. Our site offers a variety of Data Plans for Tanzania ranging from small plans for the occasional user, to larger plans suitable for heavier Data use. In addition to our Data Plans, we also offer several Voice Plan options ranging from one hundred to three hundred Voice Minutes depending on your usage requirements.
Activating your eSIM for Tanzania is a very simply process. A confirmation e-mail including installation and activation instructions will be sent to your e-mail address upon purchase (If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation email, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder in addition to verifying that you have included the correct e-mail address in your purchase details). The confirmation instructional e-mail will also give you the option to install via scanning the provided QR code or by Manual installation
Yes, you can freely activate your eSIM yourself with very simple user friendly instructions we provide by email for quick and easy activation. Once installed and activated, please make sure your eSIM line is active and your ‘Data Roaming’ set to on (Please remember to deactivate your primary SIM in order to avoid any unnecessary roaming charges from your primary carrier).
