3. If you have both your main line and the eSIM active, go to cellular settings and select your GlobalSIM line for cellular data usage.
4. In your device settings, enable data roaming for the GlobalSIM line.
5. If data still isn't working after following these steps, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat for assistance.

• Download the GlobaleSIM App - Install our calling app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Log in with your account - Use the same credentials from your eSIM purchase to sign into the app.
• Receive your US number - Your American phone number will be sent to your email within minutes.
• Start making calls - Use the app to make and receive calls using your voice minutes.

POLICY OM ÅTERBETALNING / AVBOKNING / ÄNDRING

Kunden har rätt att begära återbetalning i följande fall.

• eSIM QR-kod kan inte skannas och/eller installeras
• eSIM-kortet kan inte anslutas till nätverket på grund av ett tekniskt problem med det lokala nätverket
• eSIM kan inte tillhandahålla röst-/datatjänster enligt kundplanen

En återbetalning sker ENDAST efter minst 48 timmar, när:

• Inom 48 timmar efter att kunden kontaktat GlobaleSIM via e-post ([email protected]) och rapporterat problemet. En referens till eSIM-kontot (eSIM-kod, beställnings-ID eller personlig information) bör nämnas.
• GlobaleSIM hade den tid som krävdes för att kontrollera, undersöka och hitta en lösning för kunden inom denna period
• GlobaleSIM kom inte fram till någon lämplig lösning för att kunden skulle kunna använda tjänsten, och då kommer en återbetalning/partiell återbetalning att utfärdas efter GlobaleSIM-beslut

En återbetalning utfärdas INTE i händelse av:

• Problemet beror på bristande täckning där kunden befinner sig
• Kunden raderade sin eSIM-linje från sin enhet
• Kunden bytte till en ny enhet och behövde en ny eSIM QR-kod (en ny beställning måste göras)
• Kunden svarade inte på GlobaleSIM:s tekniska team under utredningen av problemet/rapporterade inte problemet i tid.
