  • O eSIM não consegue ligar-se à rede devido a um problema técnico com a rede local
  • O eSIM não pode fornecer serviço de voz/dados móveis de acordo com o plano do cliente

O reembolso só será efetuado APÓS um período mínimo de 48 horas:

  • No prazo de 48 horas, o cliente contactou a GlobaleSIM por e-mail ([email protected]) e comunicou o problema. Deve ser feita uma referência à conta eSIM (código eSIM, ID da encomenda ou informações pessoais).
  • A GlobaleSIM teve o tempo necessário para verificar, investigar e encontrar uma solução para o cliente dentro deste período
  • A GlobaleSIM não encontrou uma solução adequada para o cliente utilizar o serviço, então um reembolso / reembolso parcial será emitido mediante decisão da GlobaleSIM

NÃO será emitido um reembolso em caso de:

  • O problema deve-se à falta de cobertura no local onde o cliente está localizado
  • O cliente eliminou a sua linha eSIM do seu dispositivo
  • O cliente mudou para um novo dispositivo e precisava de um novo código QR eSIM (é necessário efetuar uma nova encomenda)
