There are 2 different ways you can check your balance:
1. Using the ‘Check Balance’ feature on our website by simply copying and pasting your 4K code in the “Check Balance’ field on the ‘Check Balance’ page:

2. Alternatively you can simply dial *163 or 163 (with no *). The call will drop, then you should receive an SMS with your eSIM plan status.
