What does GlobaleSIM do?

As part of our Services, we offer customized data and voice plans, fully customizable White Label SIMs, and a branded eSIM website (‘the Services‘). As an integral part of our Services, we share and partner with communications service providers (CSPs) to operate the communication network for the provision of some of our Services.  


The Website, in general, and the Services are not directed to individuals under 16. GlobaleSim does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.   1. Roaming Services: When using our SIM or eSIM card, we may collect the following information about you: IP address, voice SMS data usage, call log, amount paid, partial credit card details (last 4 digits) and any other information you may provide us.
  2. Let’s Connect: By sending an e-mail to the contact e-mail presented on the website, we shall collect the information you provide within the e-mail, including your e-mail address.

How and why do we collect information?

We mainly use the personal data described to provide our Services and to operate the Website. The personal data may also be used to improve the Website and our Services, based on our legitimate interests and subject to your consent to operate the Services. How do We keep information secure?

We use security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. For certain services, data transfers are encrypted during transmission. In addition, information that we store is maintained and archived on secure, hardened servers that are hosted on industry standard secured data centers. The information is backed up, and archives are stored in a secure location. GlobaleSim is taking any reasonable action to keep your information safe. Nevertheless, GlobaleSim is not responsible for any damages to the information, or to the functionality of the Website, caused by reasons beyond its control, force majeure, cyber-attacks, pandemics, strikes, etc.

The Website is a web-based service. We store and process information about you on servers and databases under appropriate safeguards according to applicable Data Protection Laws.
