How to install eSIM on iPhone?
  1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan
  2. Scan the QR code you received via email
  3. Click “Continue” and follow the instructions
  4. Activate the eSIM and set it as default for data 📱 Supported from iPhone XS and newer
  1. Settings > Networks & Internet > Mobile Network > Add Carrier
  2. Scan the QR code or enter the code manually
  3. Download the profile and wait for activation
  4. Enable data roaming in settings 📱 Supported on most new Android devices
  • Make sure camera is clean and has good lighting
  • Try entering the code manually: Settings > Add Plan > Enter Details Manually
  • Check that your device supports eSIM
  • Contact us if the problem persists

No, each eSIM can only be installed on one device. For use on additional devices, you need to purchase separate plans.

  1. Check device compatibility – not all phones support eSIM
  2. Restart your phone and try again
  3. Check network connection during installation
  4. Try manual installation if QR code fails

  1. Check data roaming is enabled:
    • iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming
    • Android: Settings > Networks > Data Roaming
  2. Select eSIM as default for data
  3. Restart your device
  4. Check coverage in your location
  • Check signal strength – move to location with better coverage
  • Switch between 4G and 5G in network settings
  • Reset connection: turn device off and on
  • Check you haven’t exceeded your data allowance

Most cases settings are received automatically. If not: iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Network Android: Settings > Networks > Access Point Names

Common settings:

  • APN: internet
  • Username: (empty)
  • Password: (empty)

  • VPN/Proxy apps may interfere – disable temporarily
  • Banking apps might block foreign connections – contact bank
  • Streaming services may have geo-restrictions
  • Try different server/location in app settings

Data-only plans: Don’t include phone number for regular calls Plans with calls: Include temporary number for plan duration You can use WhatsApp, Telegram etc. with our connection

  • Data plans: SMS not supported
  • Plans with calls: SMS limited to verification only
  • Recommendation: Use WhatsApp or iMessage
