1. Scan the QR code received by email and install your new eSIM line.
  2. Make sure your device is not on Airplane mode.
  3. If you installed the eSIM in addition to your main line, make sure to set “celluar date” to be used from your GlobaleSIM line.
  4. On the device settings, make sure date roaming is ON.
